Cannot be submitted for reimbursement

Are not eligible for health benefits, extended benefits, or medical claims

By booking a coaching session, you acknowledge and accept this.

No Guarantees

Coaching outcomes vary by family, context, and application. No guarantees are made regarding behavioral or emotional outcomes.

Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching sessions is treated with care and respect, and will not be shared beyond the session.

The BHB Calm Coach™ / Calm Coach GPT™ provides educational guidance, reflections, and general parenting support based on the Body-Heart-Brain Method.

No physical products are shipped unless explicitly stated.

As a New Brunswick business, we comply with the Consumer Protection Act. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under provincial law.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick, Canada, and applicable federal laws of Canada.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Brunswick.

TERMS MODIFICATIONS
